This paper proposes a system of management measures to enhance the effectiveness of organizing teaching activities oriented towards smart education in high schools in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Based on an analysis of the current situation and requirements of teaching model oriented towards smart education, five groups of management measures are identified: (1) Raising awareness about smart education among school managers, teachers, and stakeholders; (2) Strategic and systematic planning for implementing smart-oriented teaching; (3) Organizing essential conditions in infrastructure, learning resources, and human resources for smart teaching; (4) Instructional leadership and support for teachers during the innovation process; (5) Monitoring and evaluation using modern criteria and tools to ensure continuous feedback and improvement. These measures provide school leaders with a practical framework to effectively adopt the smart education model, thereby supporting the implementation of the new national curriculum and meeting the demands of educational renovation in the Industry 4.0 context.

This study aims to examine the impact of abnormal trading volume by foreign investors and stock-specific characteristics on the abnormal returns of banking sector stocks in Vietnam. These abnormal trades are identified based on the trading activities of foreign investors across a sample of 27 joint-stock commercial banks listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) and the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) during the period from 2006 to 2023. The study employs cross-sectional Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression as the primary estimation method. The results reveal that abnormal buy trades, especially those occurring on net buying days, are associated with significant positive abnormal returns. Conversely, abnormal sell trades, particularly on net selling days, lead to an increase in the magnitude of negative abnormal returns. In contrast, stock-specific characteristics exhibit no significant effect on abnormal returns. These findings offer important implications for policymakers and investors operating in emerging markets such as Vietnam.

STEM education is an integrated teaching approach that combines science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to develop students' critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills through experiential learning activities. Given its advantages, the Ministry of Education and Training has encouraged the implementation of STEM education at the lower and upper secondary levels. To assess the current status of STEM teaching in lower secondary schools, we conducted a survey involving 60 teachers from secondary schools in Ba Ria - Vung Tau. The findings provide a practical basis for proposing measures to enhance the effectiveness of STEM education implementation.

Foreign personal names and place names appearing in texts in general, and in translated texts in particular, are becoming increasingly frequent and diverse. This diversity in both quantity and variety presents certain challenges for translators. The method of writing foreign personal names and place names from Chinese into Vietnamese is a more extensive topic than just writing foreign names in Vietnamese. This study synthesizes various research perspectives and surveys some specific language data to propose some suggestions for translating foreign personal names and place names from Chinese into Vietnamese in the context of teaching translation.

Amir Hamzah stands as a pioneering figure in Indonesian literature, distinguished by his successful integration of traditional cultural elements with modernist sensibilities. This paper analyzes his poetry collection Nyanyi Sunyi (Song of Silence) to explore the convergence of Islamic spirituality and Romanticism within the framework of modern Indonesian literary expression. The results indicate that Amir Hamzah masterfully intertwined religious themes with the emotional depth and aesthetic qualities of Romanticism, thereby producing a seminal work that significantly enriches the canon of modern Indonesian poetry.

The development of responsible tourism is a global trend within the tourism industry. Effective implementation of tourism's economic, social, and environmental responsibilities is crucial for fostering responsible tourism. This study aimed to analyze these responsibilities and identify measures to enhance tourism's accountability in Lai Son Commune, Kien Giang Province. Data analysis revealed that residents perceive significant economic benefits of tourism and are less negatively affected in terms of the environment. From a social perspective, residents agreed that tourism improved their livelihoods and quality of life. However, they limited material support, information, and opportunities for contributing feedback on tourism development. Residents expressed strong support for the proposed measures for increasing tourism's responsibility. Based on these findings, the study offers several managerial implications to facilitate responsible tourism development in the locality.

This article focuses on discussing the current implementation status of land border agreements between Vietnam and its three neighboring countries. Simultaneously, it analyzes the favorable and unfavorable factors affecting such implementation. The main agrumment is that the signing and execution of bilateral and multilateral treaties, agreements, and understandings regarding Vietnam's land borders are primarily driven by the political determination and bilateral relations among the involved parties. Furthermore, the role of international law and multilateral organizations provides a crucial foundation for effective border delimitation, marker installation, and border management. These efforts contribute significantly to preventing disputes, and various non-security issues. Notable achievements are evident in the completion of the legal and technical framework for land border delimitation. However, the implementation process continues to face numerous challenges stemming from the influence of political situations, historical legacies, and nationalism. These factors exert varying degrees of impact on different sections of the border.

The Russia-Ukraine conflict is a clearly military conflict reflecting the contradictions in geopolitical competition, but it also has a huge impact on the economies of many countries around the world. As a large country with a tradition of neutrality and non-alignment, India is facing a dilemma of becoming one of the most affected economies in Asia due to its vulnerability to rising oil prices. This study explores the evolving economic relationship between India and Russia in the context of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
