The Scientific Journal of Saigon University announces the following charges:

• To ensure article quality and standards of published articles, fees will be applied starting January 2026 as follows 1,200,000VND per article (for print and online publication).
• The fees support peer review, editing, technical formatting, typesetting, and online publication.
• The fees are non-refundable in the following cases:

+ The manuscript is rejected after peer review;

+ Authors withdraw the manuscript during peer review/editing, or fail to revise/respond as requested;

+ The manuscript violates research ethics or the Journal’s policies.

• Authors are requested to make payment to the Journal’s account after receiving the fee notification email.
