Abstract

Self-study is an essential requirement for all citizens, especially among the younger generation, and students. In our nation, self-study has emerged as an urgent concern for training and education. The training process must include self-study exercises in order for it to develop into a self-training process. As a result, this author examines the current situation of affairs regarding the academic advising team with regard to the independent study activities of Saigon University students pursuing majors in Educational Management. The article suggests some measures to improve the efficiency of work-related advice including the purpose, materials, and methods
