Abstract

In Vietnamese feudal history, the Tran Dynasty is considered one of the most successful dynasties in history in fighting foreign invaders, building and developing the country. These achievements are associated with the first kings of the Tran Dynasty, including Tran Nhan Tong (1258 - 1308). During his 15-year reign (1278 - 1293), inheriting the career of his father and grandfather, Tran Nhan Tong implemented a policy of tolerance, closeness to the people, treating subjects as limbs and comforting everyone like children, reducing penalties, taxes and harsh rewards and punishments. Historians praise him as a gentle king of the Tran Dynasty. Tran Nhan Tong was a heroic king, a Buddha, and a great cultural figure of the nation. The article focuses on analyzing Tran Nhan Tong's policy on building a justice, stable and equal society, thereby proposing a number of policies that contribute to ensuring human security in the process of building the country's great career in the current period
