Abstract

The Russia-Ukraine conflict is a clearly military conflict reflecting the contradictions in geopolitical competition, but it also has a huge impact on the economies of many countries around the world. As a large country with a tradition of neutrality and non-alignment, India is facing a dilemma of becoming one of the most affected economies in Asia due to its vulnerability to rising oil prices. This study explores the evolving economic relationship between India and Russia in the context of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The analysis highlights the importance of economic strategies in promoting bilateral economic relations and navigating trade barriers in an unpredictable global order.
